Coaching

Everybody has areas of their life that can be improved. Individually customized and confidential coaching can help people develop their skills, reach their potential and restructure their setbacks. Coaching is beneficial to anyone, personally or professionally, seeking to be more effective in the workplace, make a change, reach goals  or improve their situation. Coaching is specifically helpful to companies and corporations to enhance workplace effectiveness and productivity. 

Experiential Design & Facilitation

Experiential learning is interactive; we provide hands-on learning and it relies on participation, practice, simulation, and activities. Our model is the natural process of learning, experience, reflection, generalization, and application, and apply it to you and/or your team. It is meant for anyone who wants to learn new skills or practice their skills. The advantage to experiential learning is it’s active, it involves the learner at every step (and is great for online engagement). 

Indigenous Community Development

Historically and currently, Canada has mistreated our Indigenous people. Injustices have led to community and generational suffering. Clay specializes in identifying community needs, planning and developing successful programs that can support Indigenous communities. He works specifically with sports, health, and wellness programs to implement these changes. Clay creates opportunities for collaboration between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people to improve communities. 

Team Development & Team Coaching

If you manage a team, or you’re a part of a team that needs help, we are here. Team development and coaching are effective for those working towards a common goal that just can’t seem to work it out! We can come in, find the root of the issue and then assist in finding meaningful steps to fix the issue. This kind of work can also be helpful to functioning and successful groups who want to take it to the next step and excel. 

Leadership Development

The most successful leaders help their people and themselves be the best they can be. With our training, leaders can learn to better build rapport, delegate, maintain commitment, energize teams, and much more. Our goal is to work with leaders to help themselves and their teams become more effective and more productive. Whether someone is a new leader or has been leading for years, everyone can improve themselves and their team. 

Organizational Governance

Traditional methods, internal policies, and systemic procedures need to constantly evolve to remain effective. Our goal is to assist leaders and organizations to restructure inner decision-making systems and policies to better fit current climates and demands. Through an upgrade of processes efficiency and team effectiveness can grow, become more inclusive, and better fit current climates.
