Clay Melnike 

Clay has spent his career providing leadership to sport, youth, and Indigenous organizations. He earned a Masters in Marketing Communications and used it to develop a comprehensive “Business of Sport” program and publication.  In addition, Clay is a Master Trainer with numerous sports organizations.

​

Recently Clay has focused his time on sport and wellness in the Indigenous communities of Ontario. His initiatives have included sport management, food transportation and security,  community engagement, and leadership development. He has been working on collaborative projects helping Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities work together. Clay’s aim is to help Indigenous communities to develop sport and wellness skills for independence and sustainment.

 

 

Organizational Transformation: 

Clay helps organizations balance research, development, growth, and sustainability as they plan for the future.

 

​Training and Development: 

Clay teaches individuals, organizations, and post-secondary courses on sport and business development. He provides innovative and interactive training and shares his own experience whenever possible. 

​

Indigenous Development

Clay is committed to helping the Indigenous communities of Ontario with sport, health, and wellness initiatives. Clay has worked on various projects, including the North American Indigenous Games and Standing Bear Leadership Program.

Diane Whittaker 

Diane happened upon her passion for experiential learning and leadership while working for Katimavik; an organization based on alternative learning. She went on to receive her Masters in Adult Education at the University of Toronto and her Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation. She began her free-lance career and taught at both colleges and universities. 

​

Diane is accredited in a variety of assessments including Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Personality Dimensions DISC, Leadership Circle and Emotional Intelligence (EQi). 

​

Diane has worked in a variety of professional sectors ie. government, non-profit and private as well as with individuals. Through personalized programs, Diane has helped individuals and organizations alike achieve their full capabilities. 

​

Coaching: 

Diane works one-on-one with leaders and aspiring leaders to develop their competence, confidence and influence. 

​

Experiential Learning and Facilitation:

Diane uses experiential learning to create virtual and in-person training with clear learning objectives, high quality interactions and emphasis on practical application. 

​

Leadership and Team Development: 

"Being a leader or member of a high functioning team can be a work and life highlight while being apart of a dysfunctional team can be pure misery". Diane helps leaders and teams to work together effectively towards sustainable goals. She specializes in assisting teams to manage conflict and maintain psychological safety.
